The Ashborne Guest House - Roker

The Ashborne is a friendly family run guest house close to Roker seafront. There are seven guest bedrooms and you have a choice of either single, double, twin or family rooms. All the bedrooms have en suite facilities, colour TV, fridge and hospitality tray. There is a ground floor bedroom which has a four-poster bed also available.

Breakfast is served in the comfortable dining room and you can choose from a full English breakfast, vegetarian, continental or anything else you may fancy.

The Ashborne is close to an array of different tourist attractions, just a short stroll away is the Roker marina. The National Glass Centre is nearby and you can see the different stages the glass goes through in the manufacturing process. Sunderland city centre is only a short journey away and hosts a vast selection of shops and The Winter Garden which is a climate controlled greenhouse and is home to exotic plants.
