Previously an 18th century cottage, lambing station and cattle byre, Spylaw now offers multi-award winning bed and breakfast accommodation nestled in a peaceful location between the Kyloe and Cheviot hills in North Northumberland.
Spylaw is ideally situated for exploring the vast Northumbrian countryside covered in clusters of medieval castles, battle sites and historic forts. However, if you’re seeking serene tranquillity then head towards the beautiful clean beaches surrounding the breathtaking Heritage Coastline.
Spylaw Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast opened in 2008 and immediately won the great Breakfast Award in the first season. Guests can relax with the daily paper and accompanying mouth-watering breakfast with all the trimmings in our cosy dining room, which is complete with a blazing log fire on chilly days.
The picturesque 18th century farm is entertaining whatever the weather and is an ideal romantic retreat or the perfect place for the kids to discover nature, farm livestock and wildlife on a fun-packed family break.
