Welcome to Crowdy Cottages, two stone-built retreats that are set on the borders of Longhoughton Village. These wonderful cottages are ideal for a rejuvenating break with family or friends; you can even bring your four-legged furry canines! Both are perfectly situated in a peaceful position surrounded by a huge garden in which to unwind and enjoy the coastal and country views whilst stoking up the BBQ.
Jane and Fred renovated both cottages in 2007, transforming them in to spacious self-catering country cottages. The friendly owners aimed to provide warm and welcoming holiday homes fitted out to an extremely high standard for a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.
Originally constructed in 1851, Crowdy Cottage 1 was previously two buildings and is now one large cottage comprised of well proportioned rooms that may easily accommodate six guests. Crowdy Cottage 2 has also been decorated with modern and antique furnishings and has been beautifully renovated to enhance its original features including an impressive inglenook fireplace.
