A warm welcome to Common House Farm, a family run self catering holiday cottage establishment situated in the spectacular South Tyne Valley, on the borders of the expansive Northumberland National Park.
The farm complex comprises five individual holiday homes, some benefiting from period features, and all complete with everyday essential facilities. Each cottage maintains double glazing and central heating so you’ll always be toasty warm when snuggling up in front of the TV on a winter’s eve.
Having been lovingly renovated from original farm buildings, each provides an idyllic location to relax and unwind and an excellent base for walking, touring or cycling around the historically famous surroundings.
After a peaceful night’s sleep, enjoy a short stroll to the Roman relics of Hadrian’s Wall, constructed nearly 2000 years ago, or discover the ancient market town of Hexham with its astonishing 12th Century Abbey, or the Kielder Water Forest offering a wide array of watersports, hiking and horse riding trails.
