Brook Scar Cottage is a stone built property which has been converted from an original farm worker’s cottage, byre and hayloft. The cottage has been maintained to a very high standard and consists of a fully fitted kitchen/dining area, sitting room, one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom as well as a shower room on the ground floor.
Brock Scar Cottage is set within 17 acres of beautiful farmland and is close to Grassholme Reservoir making it the perfect place for a relaxed peaceful breakaway.
If you fancy going out exploring the local area then Brock Scar Cottage is the ideal base with the market town of Barnard Castle close by and then further a field there is Durham, Beamish Open Air Museum and the historic city of York only an hours drive away.
