Boot and Shoe Cottage - Wycliffe

Boot and Shoe Cottage was once a pub and a cobblers and has been restored to a very high standard with many of the original features remaining, which adds to the cottage’s character and charm.

The delightful cottage consists of a spacious lounge which boasts an open log fire and stunning views of the garden and surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and the dinning area has a wood burning store, perfect for those chilly evenings, as well as French windows which opens up onto the garden. There are two bedrooms, one is a large double and the other is an attic-style bedroom with two single beds and there is a family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities.

The River Tees is at the bottom of the garden and private trout fishing is available and a short walk away from the cottage there is an all weather tennis court for guest use.
