27 Pottergate is a four bedroom townhouse set in the heart of medieval Alnwick. This beautiful holiday home is situated close to one of the words most famous relics, Alnwick Castle, home of the Percy family since 1309, and more recently the home of Harry Potter’s Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The medieval market place attracts visitors all year round and has been a popular asset to local tradesmen since Saxon times, and is now a great place to socialise and purchase some of the finest Northumberland produce.
The house was constructed in 2004 and has since been providing well-appointed accommodation sleeping up to six guests. The tastefully decorated residence is laid out over three floors, with a contemporary fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room and family/dining room with adjoining patio garden on the ground floor. The homely lounge and master en suite bedroom command the first floor. The third floor maintains two singles, one double bedroom and an extra bathroom.
